Moretti is dedicated to producing small-lot, well-balanced, food-friendly wines in a European tradition - meant to be paired with food. Our background and wine experience comes from the old world, and we strive to produce similarly styled wines using excellent Santa Barbara County grapes. We use one of the best California winemakers, Steve Clifton, who has extensive experience in winemaking in Europe and in California, and who knows how to let the grapes speak for themselves - of their origin, type, vineyard, climate - without forcing them to sing a different tune. Our wines are only sold here, in our tasting room, and in a few select restaurants. Our production is a slim 400 cases per year!
