All shipments will require a signature of someone who is at least 21 years of age with a valid ID. For this reason we recommend having your shipments sent to a place of work. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. We ship to 42 states (excluding AL, DE, IL, KY, MS, NH, OK, UT & ND).

By signing this form, members are responsible for all shipping charges, including shipments that are refused, returned or shipped to an old address. Any wine returned, for any reason, is not refundable and subject to a return shipping fee. Any membership cancellation requests must be received prior to credit card processing. Processing date will be specified in a wine club email occurring before your shipment. Cancellations received before your first three allocations will be charged a $45 administration fee.
