Tasting with Paul Lato earlier this year, it became clear that the bountiful 2023 vintage provided loads of options for our white wine. Whether to lean towards steely crisp or lusciously rich was the initial quandary, but blend after blend captured both nuances in one glass. Hence, ‘Con Fusione’!. The name “with fusion” represents the blending of 90% Malvasia Bianca and 10% Sauvignon Blanc, resulting in lush orange blossom on the nose coupled with a sharp palate that make this the perfect wine for summer. Just 100 cases made. Drink now through 2027.
