2018 Moretti GSM

We are very excited about collaborating with the great winemaker Paul Lato on a brand new blend for us – a cuvee of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvedre. The dark magenta color gives you an idea of what is to come.  Aromas of bacon wrapped steak spill over into a fleshy a palate that is full of purple fruit, white pepper and hints of dark chocolate. The vineyards he uses are all cool climate vineyards giving the wine elegance and light, silky tannins despite its rich texture. The long, lingering finish leaves you with ripe blackberry flavors.
