This Prosecco was obtained selecting grapes from the high hills of Valdobbiadene, considered the best growing zone for Prosecco, where the yields per acre are very low. This area gives special aromas to the wine – fragrant apple, wisteria and a hint of rose. The mellow and harmonious taste makes it perfect as an aperitif. It is also ideal with fish and cheese, or with other delicate dishes. Elegant enough for fine celebrations and fun enough for year-round sipping.
