An elegant combination of three of Northern Italy’s most distinguished white grapes: Tocai Friulano, Arneis and Cortese. All are fermented and vinified separately. Cold temperature fermentation and no malolactic bring out the fresh fruit flavors of these varieties. The aromas of pear and citrus jump out of the glass and lead to a rich-textured palate of ruby grapefruit and almonds and a finish full of dried apricots. Excellent on its own, with seafood, with spicy food and appetizers.
